Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Arizona mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 4 basis points from 5.13% to 5.09% on Wednesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.71% (CA) to the highest rate of 5.38% (UT). Currently, Arizona mortgage rates are 32 basis points higher than the national average of 4.77%.

The Arizona mortgage rate on March 10, 2010, is up 24 basis points from last week's average Arizona rate of 4.85%.
