Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Arizona mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.36% to 4.35% on Saturday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.21% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.70% (NV). Currently, Arizona mortgage rates are 2 basis points higher than the national average of 4.33%.

The Arizona mortgage rate on July 31, 2010, is down 9 basis points from last week's average Arizona rate of 4.44%.
