Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Arizona mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 13 basis points from 4.80% to 4.93% on Monday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.71% (MN, SC) to the highest rate of 5.81% (NM). Currently, Arizona mortgage rates are 14 basis points higher than the national average of 4.79%.
The Arizona mortgage rate on February 8, 2010, is up 3 basis points from last week's average Arizona rate of 4.90%.
